Aamir Kazi

Aamir joined Civvals in 1999 having previously been a partner in a city based firm of chartered accountants. He acts for a varied portfolio of clients with particular emphasis on providing pro active advice to owner managed businesses of all sizes on areas such as business structures and tax efficient profit extraction. He also has extensive experience of dealing with issues affecting family businesses including advising on resolving shareholder disputes and small company reorganisations.

He acts for clients in a number of sectors including property development, property investment, estate agents, wholesalers and retailers. He aims to provide a personal approach and also advises clients on all aspects of income and capital gains tax planning.
