Lindsay Fagan
Lindsay joined the firm as a student in 1972 and became a partner in 1978. His clients range from large prominent businesses to SME’s and individuals, and he is well known for the supportive and professional relationships he establishes with them. He acts for some of the UK’s fastest growing privately owned companies and has many long term client relationships.
Lindsay has a particular interest in nurturing and developing businesses, advising them on a whole range of subjects throughout their life, including management & strategy issues, finance, compliance and taxation. He has helped several clients plan for succession and exit, and has assisted in the negotiation and structuring of many management buy outs and disposals.
